Now there is no appeal on Aukot case - after he switched lawyers and proceeded to terminate the case.

Jubilee's desperation to maintain power at all costs knows no bounds.  They will certainly fail.  AOKOT's ruling came after the election had effectively died on the 10th October.

Moi told us about such sorry cases.  Sadly that 7m will be gone this time next week.  Kenya is very expensive.  The cream on the sake will be if the same Jubilee government harrass the silly sod shortly after grabbing power.

This Nelson Havi character could have conveyed the same facts without dragging in Mutai's kid.  He could have simply said the man was bribed and that would still have conveyed the relevant information that Mutai is simply another black man who will dance, slide and glide for money damn the principles.
