They know Uhuru right now is looking at 60% versus 40% or worse for them - and therefore it going to become increasingly hard for them to show up.

Let us not cowardly be cheated to go into an election that will drive us backwards. With determination, we shall ensure reforms in the IEBC and compliance with Supreme Court decisions before any presidential election is held in this country.

NASA is not worried about your fake numbers. Besides, democracy and governance is not just about cooked numbers. Your calculation is very simple and transparent. You make democracy all about numbers, you then cook those numbers, get power, steal a lot of money and use them to buy all branches of government and keep on rigging elections to perpetuity. Our mission is stop that by all means possible. Our hands are not going to be tied behind our backs in a boxing ring where yours is free and the referee is in your payroll.

Nope. I only write software code. Nothing more than that. Well apart from sometimes writting my 2 cents worth here. I think you have a problem with my man Ruto and Uhuru.

And why are trying to personalize. Are you also losing your mind. You see whatever figures or facts or opinions I share here - are my own but I am not the Uhuru or Ruto neither do I work for them. I am just one of the many million supporters of Jubilee..
Now lets get back to the fight btw Uhuru and Raila. The odds are stack against you guy. People are fleeing from western to coast - north to south - east to west - and we are just about 2 weeks to election.

Babu’s abandon strategy is wide shut courtesy of Aukot’s petition as well as the amendment Bill.
Disrupting elections will be bloody, directly traced back to Babu, will attract mega sanctions, and is highly unlikely to affect Uhunye’s constitutional threshold of 50%+1, plus 25% in at least half of the counties
What options does NASWA really have?
A second petition? :lolz:

1) Abandon - mmh - I am yet to read in full that SCORK 2013 - but it seems untenable. In any case they need to do it soon because by 12th - Thursday this week Parliament will have passed the bill and Uhuru can sign it at midnight of the same day.
2) Disruption election - and running back to court - Okay that would be a first where one instigate a crime (an election offence) and ran to court to benefit from it :) that IEBC were unable to hold the elections in their strongholds after inciting their supporters to disrupt it. Supreme court with a brain cell will dismiss such contention without a second thought.
