Title: What is Wrong with Mrs Mugabe Donating Her Underwear

I am sure there are many women who would like to use designer high quality underwear that was once used by a first lady.

I see many women in markets all over Africa buying used underwear. Does it become offensive when it is Grace Mugabe's?
