They are considering using live ammunition. In the meantime they have fled towards Kibos and will be evacuated because another group of demonstrators is headed to town.

In Kakamega they have put Senator Malala under house arrest. They plan to airlift him to Nairobi to charge him for insulting Uhuru Kenyatta's mother.

Earlier the wind came to the rescue of the Kisumu demonstrators by blowing the teargas back at the throwers
