Title: Chiloba commits kenya taxpayers, 2.4billion for electoral thieves

At this point I say let the mass action begin enough is enough with jubilee thieves and Jebc. How does one guy hanging under a cloud of treasonous charges commit a country to a 2.4billion contract, just like that? Where are the legal minds? Someone should go to court
