We would underperforming half primitive negroes like the ones in luanda Angola.. yesterday npr covered the change of guard in Angola..the peasant was beside himself ejaculating with hope that one negro replacing another means a better life..I wish was near to read the essay by chimida that deconstructed the day of Independence in naija ..

Do you suggest we're better off than the Angolans? Even with civil war they are ok for themselves. I read here[?] that the "dark continent" was insulated from civilization for a long time. Some say it's the hot equatorial sun and paternalism that perpetuate the dismality. These alone do not explain why and am stil working the puzzle of Africa.
