Well after Njoki demoliton; a judicial review is needed. You could see Magara and wakora 4 furiously.

Jubilee are very sore losers.  They are pushing because their great reconciliation of ALL primary election material is now complete.  Maraga and his team did not go far enough and this is why Jubilee have been emboldened enough to try this latest trick.

I actually think the bench was intimidated enough to pare down their detailed judgment.  The criminal acts were committed by individuals and not the institution.  Back pedaling from this position has caused great damage and Maraga could eventually regret this.  His court is now under sustained attack immediately after he allowed Njoki's circus.

The 4 judges should have called those "copies" and unsigned documents what they were, FORGERIES prepared by Jubilee agents, accepted and signed by the IEBC.

And Juja, Uasin Gishu etc.  They will find receptive audiences there.  They have declared war on SCOK and are getting pretty close to declaring war on the rule of law.
