It obvious he cherish his position as PM and up-to today insist of being called "The Right Honorable Prime Minister" - quite schizophrenic and in it lies what he wants. Uhuru should create a post of Prime Minister without any Portfolio and reporting to nobody & give it to Raila. Oops wait a minute - nope - he should be locked in mental asylum.
