It seems that the exit of Tunoi and Kalpana is what finally altered the balance in that court.  The Njoki/Ojwang faction is now in the minority and the court is not longer a safe space for big crooks.

Well then.... Kadame7 might be correct regarding sicky pulling Ibrahim.  Just another snake in our garden.

Ibrahim has always been a Jubilee man. He was supposed to order a recount but the opportunity did not present itself . He was then required stay out:

1. The first idea was cripple the court with "leaked" photos of Njoki Ndung'u with Murathe manipulating NASA to demand recusal: FAILED
2. Second plan was to engineer a tie by convincing Lenaola or Smokin to join the dissenter - FAILED
3. Threats
4. Blackmail
