Is it the thugs shipping out Euros and pounds? more imports fro Britain/Europe? or guys sending in relief to their hard pressed families back here? Dollar seems stable - maybe Irma effects in Harvey where they are quite a number of Kenyans.

This is kind weird because it's been holding steadily against the US dollar. Where is miss little piggy to explain this.....
