Title: PLO Speech In Limpopo

He mesmerized the crowd in much the same way that he failed to impress Maraga and crew.  Spectacularly.

Zero substance. If you ask any of the participants what they remember...

The substance is indeed lacking.  But that is where PLO is in his element.  I recall he had the same flowery speeches, with no accomplishments, when he chaired the anti-corruption commission.

Lol. PLO has Chebukati or Akombe kind of naiveté - that you can rely on the goodwill of politicians. When PLO ran the EACC - he thought you can open cases on powerful individuals and sleep soundly as the cases progress - and once you nail the thieves you will get knighted :D The man was bundled out so fast it's yet to sink in.

These speeches just accentuate the naiveté.
