The responses to that tweet are consistent with what you can expect the from tribes of the respondents.  I am not sure how Kichwa still downplays the overwhelming role of tribe in Kenya's politics.

What is the operative law?  Are the judges expected to be there by law or do they have to respond to an invite by the speaker?
