Both charges are defective and will not stand.

Hehehe - had to laugh loud at poor Muthama charge sheet -  calculated to bring death or physical injury to the persons.

The most entertaining charge sheets I have ever seen.  Maybe Churchill wrote them for the court. In my judgement insults should not equal criminal activities.

Tickled my funnybone too. I thought Muthama said more serious things. Ama they were true? They want Muthama to deposit 500k bond and 1m cash for calling Uhuru to a boxing match? Vitimbi police station?
