Over 28 shots? Looks Magufuli will stop at nothing. He is sowing  seeds of divisions in Tanzania. Don't know how the military is like over in Dar es Salaam but it seems it will be quite long ten years

I didn't see any evidence that Magufuli is behind this.  I have read reports that Magufuli is just as shocked as the rest of us.
