Title: Chiloba running out of time to tell the truth
Post by: patel on September 08, 2017, 06:36:03 AM
Chebukati has already thrown you under the bus. The people you conspired with are already talking. They have already outed Ellam printers the company you used to print fake forms 34As and 34B. There are footprints all over the place. This is the time to tell your story and explain to kenya everything that went wrong and who were pulling the strings. This is a sinking ship it's just a matter of time.

Moving on swiftly to Ellam printers who owns this company and who contracted them to commit crime? Can they show cause why babu owino should not stage demonstrations on their premises to demand answers.

Chilobs is a dead man walking.  His only insurance is to run and then squeal like a panicking pig.  We know he didn't rig for himself.

This is taking one very seriously wrong turn in one's life.

Shauri yake, I've no sympathy for this enabler of the criminal class.

Chiloba is being defended by the reactionary commissioners.  But he finds himself in unenviable territory pregnant with all manner of possibilities not excluding future unsolved murders.

He could succeed like Oswago - who fought and won against Isaac Hassan - until he was arrested for Chicken gate or something close to that. If Chiloba has majority of commissioners - he can ignore Mr Chebukati. Chebukati himself with 2 or 3 against 4-5 is in trouble.

Chiloba's fate will be sealed by the majority written opinion.  If the irregularities and illegalities points to him then he has no way of surviving and the commissioners now supporting him will flee him as a man with leprosy.

Chebukati has the upper hand as of now. I however think it is Jubilee behind the plans to scuttle the IEBC
The IEBC

Those are the figures to watch. Chebukati is just but the chairperson. He need to get most of commissioner on board and I don't think he is doing a good job at that. Dr Akombe I bet is gonna ran back to UN pretty soon.

Window closing really fast on Chiloba. This was his last opportunity to make it right with Kenyans but unfortunately he has chosen to go down with the dark forces. The sad part is many career of good intentions Kenyans that he will take down. No matter how much they deny this is a sinking ship. Good always triumph over evil.

At this rate, there may not be an election on October 17, 2017. I think Chebukati once again regrets setting the date that was dictated to him by Jubilee through Matiangi. He should have waited for the judgment before he took on Chiloba who is a jubilee mole.  Under this temporary incumbency, Chebukati is safe but so are the other commissioners supporting Chiloba.

Constitution of Kenya
Part 2. The President and Deputy President
134. Exercise of presidential powers during temporary incumbency
Parent Category: Chapter Nine - The Executive

(1) A person who holds the office of President or who is authorised in terms of this Constitution to exercise the powers of the President -
(a) during the period commencing on the date of the first vote in a presidential election, and ending when the newly elected President assumes office; or
(b) while the President is absent or incapacitated, or at other times contemplated in Article 147 (3), may not exercise the powers of the President specified in clause (2).
(2) The powers referred to in clause (1) are--
(a) the nomination or appointment of the judges of the superior courts;
(b) the nomination or appointment of any other public officer whom this Constitution or legislation requires the President to appoint;
(c) the nomination or appointment or dismissal of Cabinet Secretaries and other State or Public officers;
(d) the nomination or appointment or dismissal of a high commissioner, ambassador, or diplomatic or consular representative;
(e) the power of mercy; and
(f) the authority to confer honours in the name of the people and the Republic.
