He's the rigger and benefited the most from the illegalities, this just gives him another opportunity to rig.

But to be honest and truthful, Uhuru was the main culprit here and should be dealt with. I think when IEBC guys get their day in court, the defence will be pointing at the riggers. IEBC's main crime was in allowing access for the criminals.
