I wasn't there. Chirchir lives 10Kms from Sotik. So I am going to think he CAUSED Kimeli to attempt to copy content of some DVD from CANON (must be printer) to FTP server. That was dumb.

Chirchir davies has his tea factory hapo - Chebango tea factory - proceeds of hacking :D . I think he can employ your with your rich experience from mogogosiek factory :)

On 8 you said you voted in Embakasi....on 9th you said you were in Sotik Bomet...someone can dig up the threads if need be....what's is important here is to find what kind of software kimelil installed,  his employment creditials, how long he has worked @ iebc. We are getting close to the election thieves as well as msando killers

 :D :D I see you've been tracking my movement. I think that was before the election - before 8th. After election I stayed in Nairobi for quite some days - possibly 3-4 - and then went back to South Rift (kericho-Bomet-Nakuru).

Location of the hacker is inconsequential.  Putin hacked US elections from his dacha ....

precisely,  the focus should be on tracing V. Kimelil
And his employment records.  Could have been a ghost worker at IEBC.

The information available has not ruled out someone travelling 10 KMs to Sotik to carry out the mischief. Therefore the most likely person is Chirchir. He had access - illegally granted him being an official AGENT of Uhuru. He comes from Bomet / Sotik.

BTW NO forms were uploaded for Bomet. ZERO. The voting results for Bomet starting coming in a day earlier and were completed before the end of voting! All Form 34s uploaded by "mistake" were deleted.

So when you next want to preach about how popular Jubilee is in Bomet please stop before you begin. Isaac Ruto was rigged out and Joyce Laboso was rigged IN.

I have no interest in it. I would make peasants my slaves or steal land and deprive humans of the most arable land for cultivation of something that is akin to alcohol. Sorry. My involvement has been on a large scale to mitigate the worst effects of the servitude brought on by a business model that exploits private land and labor to enrich those at the top of the pyramid. This is too complex for you and I wouldn't waste time explaining.

Hacking is using unauthorized access on a computer system to do stuff.  There is no requirement for any special skills. 

Did Davis Chirchir access the IEBC server and do what Codida says he did?

Does the factory fully process tea and packs it? What's their brand? It is also Epz, hopefully soon they can export their brand just like the British Pakistan owned gold crown beverages.

Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission.  In Kenya, those are nice sounding terms not necessarily consistent with the reality on the ground.  A bit like Democratic People's Republic of Korea.  I think Kenya Police are also supposedly independent.

Do you know if this Chirchir guy was given access to the IEBC servers as alleged?

I have a feeling that Pundit knows more into the data manipulations that we actually think.
Based on the fact that he was celebrating as soon as he saw Rift Valley results.
Am sure that even Ruto of Bomet was rigged out.

I needed to see a sample of the results to make projection.Davis Chirchir spend his time in Bomas as chief agent.He was given access as chief agent to verify forms.Chirchir is no hacker.I am.
