Post by: vooke on August 29, 2017, 10:01:23 PM
From now to delivery of the ruling which will be about 1500H on Friday

Must be early to give Police enough time to burst some skulls in broad daylight to minimize stray bullets

I don't see how NASA win this.Maina Kia rulling is coming to bite them.Secondly  their evidence were demolished.Thirdly Section 38 when read with IEBC regulations covers any lapses n errors. Finally the gap ulis too big.

The judges will be under immense pressure from the riggers to rule in their favour.  May the good Lord of these judges safe.

I doubt they can be physically harassed. Blackmail is more applicable here. Cut them slack - the judgement may just surprise you.

1. How will Kiai bite NASA
2. What evidence was "demolished"?
3. What part of section 38 and what Rules
4. The gap is not so big that it exceeds 5 million votes on fake forms, is it?

In my world, seeing is believing.   After Msando, nobody is safe.

I don't believe they are going to rule in favor of NASA even without intimidation.  They are willing to put up with a lot of shit not to rock the proverbial boat.  I don't doubt they would be robustly "encouraged" to change their mind if they showed an independent inclination to rule for NASA.

This time though, there might be a holdout.  Maybe there was one in 2013 too, but we never saw their individual opinions.  If I had to guess who is likely to go rogue on that bench, I think Lenaola seems to have that sort of independent streak.

Personally I am happy with this petition.  What I knew has been confirmed. Chiloba, Chebukati, muhati, Akombe and Kioni knows who killed msando. Resident Baghdad bob might know the killers too. Kalenjin mafia under tutelage of one Chirchir engineered this IT mess. Kimetrica guys ran simulations and those are the numbers that were fed to IEBC portal. Scok can rule whichever way they feel but the bottom line we wasted almost 100 billions plus for a dog and pony show fake elections. God bless kenya

Agreed.  The dead giveaway was how they delayed servers ruling try to run out the clock and when they ruled in favor of Nasa iebc stonewalled.  Metadata would have been more than sufficient.

I was almost certain NASWA was hallucinating until that report or excerpts of that report was read.

1. IEBC resisted the audit
2. IEBC can't explain the wild differentials between elections
3. Embarrassing errors on ORIGINAL forms 34A,34B and even C
4. Wild forms 34B not backed by 34A. Why couldn't they order the ROs to scan 34As? Apportioning liability between Chebukati and ROs is splitting hairs; none can stand by the forms

Let's just say that NASWA would easily win the case in a FREE and FAIR court.

And Orengo was right, if the petition was frivolous,Jubilee would not have arraigned the best and sweat and stammer through

Agreed. Remember that the court needs to assert its independence, so they must act so. They will rule based on evidence which so far looks bad for IEBC.

Me too, NASA have achieved their objective of putting it all out there for all to see.
. Even hardened oath taking jubilee folk accept that the elections were stolen.  The funny thing is most want us to accept and move on.  One even went as far as trying to convince me that since uhuru is already president and will have to remain as president until end of Oct, then he might as well rule until 2022.  Jubilidiots kweli.

Next steps, People's republic.

Nobody will force you to "see" what's before you.  I do not underestimate the motivations and ability of the criminals involved with stealing the democratic rights of Kenyans.  As far as I am concerned the objective has been met, the outcome per-determined (going by past experience), the SCoK ruling also has been per-determined (how else do you explain the relief from you and others when NASA went to court?).

Next steps is peacefully secede and carry on with maisha, hopefully free from electoral fraud, police violence, extreme tribalism and tyranny of crime.

Seconded.  Chap is actually praying for timing of the ruling that leaves enough daylight hours to facilitate and I quote him "skull bursting"  by the cops.

135 minutes to go, throw in another 30min if Negro hopeless punctuality so 165 minutes from now

I'm gobsmacked.  Giddy even.  I am very humbled by this bench led by Maraga.  I apologise for doubting their integrity.
