They are hell bent on ensuring no access to the IEBC servers. They freed the form 34s because refusal would just lead to automatic voiding of the election not even the lesser nullification. The vehemence has surprised even their own lawyers.

Am told they prefer the SCOK to act without the servers than present evidence that would show Raila won because there is a remote possibility of then not going back to elections. At worst they want a new election where they will perfect the rigging.

That's their wish but I do not see how someone that has perpetrated this kind of theft can be on the ballot. I am for the whole truth to come out so people and the whole world can see what we are dealing with.

If a party with full custody and control of evidence refuses to provide the evidence then the court must presume that the evidence is incriminating. This case boils down to process v. numbers. If that is the case and the judges follow the law then process wins. The numbers are the "fruit of a poisonous tree". My primary school math teachers would never accept a "correct" answer unless you showed the process. I am very proud of the simplicity and humility with which the NASA lawyers have conducted themselves and made a case which looked impossible now very possible. They have really broken it down for the people and if judges rules against NASA then we go back to the old system where no one will trust the IEBC except the so called ruling tribes and their masters. You cannot argue that the numbers are overwhelming when you cannot explain where those numbers came from.

Reversed engineered election how hard is it to generate forms??? Servers should point us easily to who sent the data, where data come from and what time it was sent....It does not get easier than that
