They may need to prove this claim.  I initially thought they had a local data center.  The KPMG report mentions nothing about this kind of setup.  Not that Europe makes the excuse believable.

IEBC response to the KPMG audit was simple. They had set up state - of - the-art data center. KPMG audited the old system.

There is so much fuckery in this whole thing. At this point it's almost impossible for me to believe anything coming from IEBC....now this revelation that KPMG was paid to audit old system that was never going to be used....what next?

KPMG audit was forced audit by law. I think Muhati tried buying time so KPMG could audit the new system but he was eventually suspended - after complain by IEBC director of Audit that he was stonewalling KPMG audit - Musando step-in & old system audited. That is IEBC story taken at it highest.
Ok.  So they paid KPMG to audit the old system.  That seems crazy.
