The deadline is this week but definitely iebc conducted pretty solid elections..those that lost by small margins should appeal coz any error on iebc is material.

Sure , like the Langata guy who lost to an RV by hundreds.

I know the Kenyan Negro is given to last minute rush but I have a feeling the petitions won't be as many as 2013's. Which tells me something about the fairness of the process

Don't tell me they was waiting for the mother of all petitions.

The key point from the petition is that it's not all about numbers. That should see a stampede at High Clurt as losers seek a life line.

I don't know where I can get the statistics on petitions but we'll see

I posted something on 30th to the effect that the ICT audit and scrutiny of the forms 34A and 34B changed my mind.

I work with the information I have. As such I can't apologize in the basis of hindsight.

Still, until the full judgement is out,it is difficult to tell whether there was real theft or the petition won in technicality.

Are downstream petitions flowing in yet?

I would be stunned if those numbers did not grow exponentially in the coming days. Some lost fair and square but will be taking advantange of the gift of hindsight to realign and have another go.

Yep.  IEBC relied on the same systems and processes.  More or less.  The idea that you can use a regular page from an exercise book as a form 34 and get away with it is suddenly absurd.

Following the ruling,it is difficult to judge the fairness of the process either by petitions filed and or won. Lawyers are going to have a ball

Indeed IEBC did an excellent job. SCOK judges come 17th October will have no where to hide.

And some idiots in SCOK had the nerve to annual presidential election. Maybe they want Uhuru to win by 65% so they can be satisfied.

How many petitions won in 2013. I expect more to win in 2017. I did not review the other ballots but without a shadow of doubt I believe presidential election were rigged. The problem is that the same Ros and pos that screwed rails will oversee the new elections. Rails will spend 2017 in courts trying to reform a system that is broken. Kennyans are irredeemably corrupt and tribal expecting them to be different is being stubborn and stupid

Mbogo's loss is irrecoverable... I think the idea is in case Raila win then there would be political momentum to milk.

RV Pundit is a Jubilee propagandist machine. His job is to create the inevitability  of tyranny of numbers.

Robina,
I think the whole idea is to keep Jubilee foot soldiers busy so they won't dedicate as much to campaigning for Uhunye.

Frivolous petitions they be

Any election with a gap of less than 3% between top 2 contender should automatically trigger a recount and scrutiny of the ballots. Where is parliament?

We should, but we had 188 in 2013 not to mention I posted it days ago. What do they say about hindsight?
