It is correct - special interest means the boss's family/relative or party financier.

He has an obsese son, Kamanda Maina. He once scammed me 3K. Calls me when I'm busy holidaying over Christmas and tells me he's drunk and some hoes stole his wallet somewhere in Meru bla bla. Said he needed 3K. I MPesaad pap! Never picked my phone again ever. About 6yrs ago. Can't understand how such a filthy rich idiot can sire scammers.

What value does this functional moron add to Uhunye? He has served Starehe since 1971 as a Councillor,and was a minister at some point. He campaigned for PK. I think either Uhunye is totally drunk, or Kamanda paid tens of millions to Murathe (they're both from Muranga) to buy this nomination. Muranga thugs always look out for each other.
