Let the people of Kirinyaga hope the honourable lady looted enough from the Devolution Minsitry, that she has no urge for more out of the county's coffers and maybe she will even invest some of the loot in the county.

I believe in humanity second chances. She will work wonders as part of redeeming herself. The 'saints' in other counties will be going for service delivery lessons to Kirinyaga.
