Title: So Kimaiyo Must Leave by December 2016

The cannot extend his term beyond the 24th of December 2016. Meaning the search for a replacement must start by March 2016 at the latest.

I do hope the Kavuludi's NPSC will leave first and then Kimaiyo,Ndegwa,Arachi and Nduati lady are also fired.

Hopefully we can restart the process of reforming the police once again.

We have to begin by getting NSC right. National Police Service Commission.

These are killer police. They kill kids, innocent people, anyone they suspect of a crime. Someone has to come from outside to reform the system.
