Title: Biggest problem in Kenya is this.....

Salaries grew 50% in the last one year  :( :( :(
They can raise revenue fast enough going at this rate...
No money for any projects until this is brought down to affordable rate.

I think national revenues have grown faster than 2010 katiba-induced salaries and other expenses. It is county revenues that have performed dismally. Especially rental income taxes.
