Raila has been to the mountain top, he has seen the promised land. This time around God's children will make it to the promised land.

Campaign iliisha.Raila did 200 compared to 450 by Jubilee.

Yours ended, ours just started. You do not control the rules of this game my friend. Those who believe in change and have the stomach for minor set backs will not be intimidated. We only need a few committed and dedicated men and women to continue the struggle. We know we are right because no country has developed based on corruption, impunity, intolerance, tribalism, exclusion, hate and incompetence.

Raila is like a cat with 9 lives. Killed and burried then promptly resurrects. I want him to retire. I want someone else to take over. But who am I to say? With a super-majority, this govt must be frustrated from dismantling constitutional gains with every headache. Perhaps politics is in Raila's veins. If he stops being himself, he'll wither away...who knows.

His father kept at it well into his 90s. Or 80s. Till he died.

And Raila will retire and die and so will ouru and Ruto. Right now Raila is alive and he has a responsibility to the millions of people who believed in his course and voted for him. The results of these elections have not changed anything and therefore his work is not done. Raila cannot abandon the struggle just like that before he officially hands it over to the next generation. Character is defined during difficult times like this. Most people would have succumbed to the threats, pleas and calls to "abandon the struggle for change and join us" by now because of the strong desire to conform. Only those who are committed to a cause understand the need to stay strong and firm during times like these.

Enjoying the stolen presidency will be very difficult indeed....

Its amazing that they already have the certificate, the police, the media, the international community and their "tyranny of numbers" and yet they are not satisfied. They still need Raila to validate them. Move on already.

Mudavadi, Kalonzo and Weta are staying back, they have already seen the presidential run for 2022 has begun and the deal they signed is not worth the paper it was written on
