I can tell them for free that it will not happen.
The targeted killings phase one is over. We knew it I wrote about it here some seven or so weeks ago when the plan was made to kill " a few Jaluos in Kisumu and Kibera" and the rest will calm down.
We know Phase two will be a repeat of Phase one only more brutal and the start of the "curling" of Raila's close aides. The hitlist has about ten names including Raila's daughter and son.
