11000 of them are getting signed.. Stop jumping all over starting threads.. Drink milk and water or eat sugar to sober up, so that you can see there are other threads on the same

Amazing that all the extraordinary claims of mega-rigging hinge on delay in availing forms 34A.
Supposing the delay was intentional, giving them an opportunity to cook the forms, fill, sign and scan...copies retained by agents and observers would quickly surface and they would be called out.
Then back to my default conspiracy theory filter. How many forgers would you need to cook 29K Form 34A in under 24hrs? The more players a conspiracy theory demands, the more implausible it gets.
So go ahead and hit the roof over the delayed form 34A but if this is your smoking gun, you are out on a limb

Iebc explained before elections this was expected.Scanned forms are harder to upload than key in data do they would only happened in good 3G coverage.NASA will not concede...they are going for next lame excuse. The defeat is conclusive.

Definitely, but IEBC has common sense by it's side; if they verified all the keyed in results with the scanned forms first before relaying the results, there would be massive delays and anxiety.
IEBC was clear; keyed in results are not final, plus relaying the results is not the same as declaration. Commissioners are only declaring presidential results from form 34B prepared at Constituency tallying centers. So what's the point of verifying the keyed in results with the form 34A scans?

The requirement is that each figure they put out there must be backed up with a 34A. Blind Trust is what you are advocating. IEBC has the budget and its not too much to ask them to do their job properly.
