Basically there are lots of controls that IEBC has put in place. First the results we are seeing are those key-in by clerks and send to Nairobi & Const. Then the physical form (Form 34A) are scanned and send to IEBC - IEBC has servers in 290 const - plus main server. Then copy of those forms are given to agents. They take photos of them and send to their party. Then another copy is pinned on the wall. Then those forms are taken to Const tallying center. The ballots are opened and re-counted..form 34 B is filled and final results declared at Const.All these forms are then send to Nairobi. If you hack the main server or even all the const...how would make sure they match with all that in the ground.
My challenge to Raila...just show us 1 polling stations whose figures are hacked.

In due course we will have those documents. IEBC will respond.
1) Copies of form 34 A - include those with agents/pinned on the walls.
2) Copies of form 34 B
3) Scanned and transmitted to HQ and Const HQ
4) The key-in data.
I think all this assumes we have scans against which to check the results when that appears to me to be precisely the dispute.

Honestly Termi started saying right from the first results that there needed to be this information. He dismissed the integrity of the data from the beginning because of this. We won't fight but we will know how real these results are when we all get the forms that should have been availed next to individual polling station results from the start. They should have published at least some.

If you watched Legal debate last night on NTV. The most senior Lawyer said that the only VALID result is that announced by RO at Constituency tallying center.. Any disputes head to supreme court. So Raila will be release his TALLY later today and tomorrow a Challenge will be file in supreme court. Maraga will rule with the government and this will end the matter legally. Politically this is a dangerous precedent. it sets up kenya for Civil war down the road.

Peace of cake to forge forms obviously. NASA needs to keep a meticulous collection of authentic results - hopefully they are doing that in their TZ center - including securing some of their agents.

We saw the same script. CORD had a fake database. It easy to create a database named IEBC and create stored proc & triggers and generate logs. Hii ni propaganda. IEBC have been nothing but excellent.
I am waiting for observers and IEBC to declare winners.

Which begs the question, where are the so called results coming from?
Section 39 is very clear on the process and it has been augmented by the Court of Appeal judgement. Verification must take place before the result is tallied. Verification of the text results is mandatory but impossible without the form.
Jubilee was caught and now they are busy hunting for criminal forgers to help them create counterfeit documents. The problem is they over-did it and that is a problem.
The man who led the hacking is Chirchir. I suspect his pimp Jordan was in it too.
In due course we will have those documents. IEBC will respond.

We have a very dangerous situation. Why was IEBC announcing results without verifiable forms in place? Everyone kniws they had 7 days. What was the hurry? As it is now, Jubilee base is fired up by IEBC announced results that Uhuru won. Based on? Forms are being signed and collected afterwrards. How will IEBC convince Jubilee they lost?

I make a few assumptions. At the simplest they can just share a folder on whatever server is receiving the scans, and they are available as soon as they arrive. The files themselves are tiny. I have yet to see a believable explanation for this delay.
