I am seeing numbers on this site https://public.rts.iebc.or.ke/results/results.html.  No info where the votes are coming from.

That rejected votes of 3% seems high, though they dont count.

They should include county information with percentages.

Iebc must be  sitting on results. Very slow so far when the amount of technology and money invested on iebc is considered
