Title: Prof. Hornsby's final MOAS
Post by: vooke on August 06, 2017, 05:40:55 PM
What is scary, a mixture of manual and electronic coter identification.

Quote
Their recent announcement that clerks would no longer mark the register when voters voted electronically was a smart anti-rigging move, as it mean clerks don’t know who voted, and that means they can’t go manual and “fill in” the votes for those who didn’t turn up by closing time (as is suspected to have happened in the homelands before). However, it introduces a new risk – if the electronic system fails midway through the day, then voters who voted in the morning electronically could all vote again in the afternoon physically (if they can get the ink off their fingers), which would cause complete chaos if it occurred on a large scale. Nobody really understands how a mixed mode election might work in a polling station if the electronic systems fail part way through for whatever reason.

This is where I agree with NASWA and Omorlo.
ANY failure of EVID, cancel the election

Thank God for Internet now a white man sitting in Ireland can predict elections outcome in Kenya off course for a fee from jubilee thieves.

Kimetrica psyop nothing more nothing less. Even after cooking and massaging his figures the best he could do is have the percentage within margin of error. Can the doc. Explain his methodology and source of data. If you look at counties he has kajiado, lamu as jubilee which even a 2 yr old will tell you they are solidly NASA. Taita taveta as toss up, really! With all the land injustices?

Interesting. We are totally in agreement with Prof and Ipsos. This unprecedented. This is easy election to call coz it's tweak of 2013...so every Tom dick n Harry will get it. I disagree on turn out being rigged coz those 2013 queues were crazy and we have seen some recent by elections maintain it.So I am going for 86% turn out.

If someone told you that you two months a go that you would be this nervous only less than 30 hours before  this elections, you would have laughed so hard. Here you are walking on needles and as anxious as a rattle snake.

Make that about 30hrs.

I suffered through reading the entire piece of shit by Hornsby. My conclusion is that he has been bought to write the crap. It may well be a forgery.

It means that you got past the second paragraph without realizing that you are reading pseudo-scientific opinions.  I didn't go past that.

As with the first two pieces, this is a not-for-profit work, which does not campaign for any party or make value judgements about either’s fitness for office. I am not perfectly neutral of course. Having made a series of predictions over the last year, I may be too embedded in my own thinking and place more weight on evidence that supports my previous opinion than that which contradicts it. Only time will tell. It is based on the idea that things will carry on much as before over the last few days before the poll, and that there will not for example be a major terrorist incident or the death or injury of a senior politician. In such situations, all bets are off.

You have been missing the point as you focus on the messengers and not the message. People are objecting to propaganda laying the ground for pre-arranged figures. There is no basis for the figures and all attempts to camouflage the same as scientific research founder on inconsistencies and a determination to pull everything to arrive at those figures.

Hornsby is being peddled here as a scholarly expert offering findings of a "study". It is no better than Pundit's witchcraft.

I silenced another "professor" from a UK university at a forum where he again tried to pass of propaganda for scholarship. Clearly a pattern has emerged where these people are being roped in to lend credence to pre-arranged figures
