Just came(0120H) from a meeting and a well connected jerk told me Jubilee prefers the results to be announced on 9th August 2017 circa 1500H.

This is regardless of whether EVID and KIEMS work or not.

Now, Jubilee preferences are irrevocable and immutable decrees

An important disclaimer from IEBC; keyed in results may different from the scanned forms, and while both come from the POs & ROs, he scanned results are final
