Moses Kuria should be in the police custody by now as a "possible witness" or a "person of interest" answering questions and detailing his whereabouts for the last 48 hours before and after Msando was killed. His alibi should then be checked for accuracy before he is released with a warning to stay in town. The fact that he was at the scene of a crime before the crime was discovered is enough to haul him downtown as a suspect. It is well known in criminology that for some reason killers always go back to the "scene of the crime". There is a lot of theories about this but none is conclusive. This is why experienced police always stake out murder scenes just in case the killer shows up.

Sad but let us remember no one voted for Moses Kuria he is more of Uhuru appointee than anything else. I hope kiambu will reject him and his tribal bigotry.

Moses needs to be targeted and Purged. He will win by 80 Percent. Gatundu has very hardened criminals they love this kind of thug ..in kiganjo killings happen like clockwork
