Title: Chiloba-Butcher vs Chebukati
Post by: Omollo on July 28, 2017, 12:55:02 PM: It is becoming comical at IEBC. It is exactly the scenario in 2007 where Kihara Muttu was running a parallel ECK while Kivuitu thought he was in charge.

Yesterday we had Butcher and Chiloba make remarks that were sure to produce another five to ten suits. Today we have Chebukati walking back those remarks carefully.

Chiloba ruled out any updates prompting international concern and fears of Uhuru being dumped on Kenyans leading to 2007. NASA wrote a long letter referring to the Constitution, laws and the IEBCs own regulations. Today, Chebukati has set the record straight.

Note however with Butcher and Chiloba running a parallel IEBC, I expect them to defy Chebukati and carry on as planned. We have calculated that they will make the results system fail a couple of times.

That leaves room for the first page to be changed and superimposed on the signatures. This is a NIS relic from the 2007 and 2013 elections. NASA demanding the entire form with signatures on one paper/ page with security features to avoid tampering and post signature alterations.
