It's not clear what law or regulation this advances, other than perhaps to further suppress information sharing.

What IEBC must understand is that they cannot just take away peoples rights without articulating a rational  (not vague or speculative) and cite  a law or a regulation which it purports to promote. Once they have done so, then people can decide whether they will accept it or disagree and go to court for  redress.

Out of the 40K+ polling stations,  NASWA can only realistically hope to independently scan/photo 15K forms in real time. The rest they will have to scrape from IEBC.  Means their much vaunted tallying will be both late and mirror of IEBC.

IEBC is the only body funded by the tax payers money to scan and transmit all the forms.  NASA can only do its best under the circumstances.

NASWA imported some gadgets and I'd like to believe their main job is parallel transmission. Results once announced are supposed to be displayed somewhere and this is where the gadgets come in

People make assumptions that show more about them than anything else.

vooke why do you feel NASA lacks the capacity to monitor and document the elections? If that were the case, won't Jubilee simply sit and stop pushing the IEBC to do its bidding?

I can share with you that NASA is more than equal to the task
