Interesting. How did NASA want IEBC to reduce votes per polling station to 700 without transferring some.

Surely Pundit, to move someone from Nyanza to Central in the name of reducing the numbers to 700?

The number of voters determined the polling stations and not the other way round.

The most I can say is it is a genuine mistake. However if more turn up after the register is published, then there will be questions.
