Two or more things to observe here:

1. If Omollo had posted this, there would be catcalls and all manner of Retarded matusi
2. This is yet and perhaps the biggest confirmation of:
3. Wangusi installed a mass surveillance system to help Jubilee. NASA responded by simply stopping to use mobile phones, email or any electronic communication. Primitive has turned out to be a debilitating anti-dote to high tech

Well let's wait and see. The best laid plans can go awry

The talk has shifted from free and fair elections to stability.  To be fair, free and fair elections is not something the jubilant has expressed a keen interest on.

I think GoK should concentrate on free, fair, credible and peaceful election. They should also plan for contingencies just incase. Nothing though will cure elections that are brazenly rigged. Not even shutting down the internet. Kibaki shut down the media but that didn't work.

So spend 90% to assist IEBC conduct free, fair, credible and peaceful election by ensuring everything IEBC wants - they get - money/logistics/security - and 10% on the contingencies.

2. This is yet and perhaps the biggest confirmation of:
  • Rigging plans as per Bomas Project where the IEBC will disregard ROs and alter results
  • Social Media has posed the greatest danger to rigging around the world and anybody for rigging would have to shut down social media
  • The panic in Jubilee is reached deadly levels when they turn to a colorless chap like Wangusi for help
3. Wangusi installed a mass surveillance system to help Jubilee. NASA responded by simply stopping to use mobile phones, email or any electronic communication. Primitive has turned out to be a debilitating anti-dote to high tech

You post a lot out of your rear. This on the contrary is readily verifiable public information

It's impossible to shut down social media on short notice. Even China struggled to do this. WhatsApp, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, etc... can't be shut without co-opting their owners which would legally require court orders.

Even you deserve a fair response. To what does the demonstrative pronoun highlighted (below) refer to?

What information is "verifiable"?

Is it the rigged nag at Bomas that you can "verify"?
Or is it my statement that social media poses the greatest danger to riggers around the world?
Perhaps you can "verify" the high levels of panic in jubilee?

One thing I think you needn't verify is the mass surveillance system which is public and now uncontested information. NASA will roll it back.

So what Retard, can you "verify"? Do you even know the meaning of the word "verify "?

What an imbecile!

Why would they take ballots to Bomas? Or because it the tallying center and Nkaissery was there - Ballot boxes will be stored in warehouses hired by ROs. They won't be brought to BOMAS.

They would try it if they realize sharing information from polling centers could jeopardize the "peaceful conduct" of the election.  Notice there is no mention of free and fair, transparent elections.  In fact shutting down these avenues of information sharing is meant to make their conduct as nontransparent as possible.

If people don't like what they are seeing, block them from seeing it and hand them an a "final result" at the end of the process.  This can be interpreted as a counter to the court rulings saying Constituency ROs declarations are final.

It's not that hard. Threaten ISPs and they will tow the line. VPNs are very simple to use, and would probably be employed just as fast to circumvent. My guess is knowledge on bypassing censure would disseminate super fast.

I use TunnelBear once in a while, and lately I am being bombarded with lifetime subscription offers of VPNs I have never heard of. I will buy one on that day if it comes to that
