Isack Ruto is the new king, I just love the way this guy breaks down issues to Mwananchi level....where is aisha juma, Ngong ngeno, and king of Turkana? NASA has enough firepower. When is Ngilu holding press conference to out jubilee thieves sitting on stolen land?

Yes, and they are probably also suffering from malnutrition. But they have tablets and laptops, so they will soon be in Konza City, raking it in and turning Kenya into a global tech power. Or something like that, so the story goes.
If people living there can use a phone their kids can use tablet.school infrastructure is parents plus cdf.Education should partially devolved. Infrastructure, Equipment and Materials should be devolved. Alternatively the Kenya School Equipment Scheme should be revived and run by the National Government on behalf of the county governments. This should take care of Equipment and Materials while Infrastructure should remain with the counties.
