Its clear that the ground is shifting under their feet and they are getting feedback. The can no longer depend on tribal numbers a lone because its simply not enough. Even what they have is slipping and if this becomes a general perception then their maybe a stampede to NASA including in some pockets of their strongholds.  Tribal math can be very unreliable.
