The guy was in Kakamega and even threatened Khalwale because he suspected the senator for organizing the boycott of his rally. Next we know, his twitter handle is posting photos of crowds in Bukhungu stadium so tightly packed there was no room for a pocket of air. That's when I figured him out and we started sending our own photographers to his rallies.

We can't use a drone because they have some kind of jammer.
