Here I shall publicly gather evidence of Uhuru and his supporters' abuse of state resources in political campaigns. The idea is once he is sent back to Gatundu, we shall surcharge him and punish those who have broken laws. There has to be change or we continue going down the abyss.

You have to factor in that as President, there are going to be limitations on that rule. He still needs the security arrangements of a President. That in turn likely impacts the travel arrangements.
However, he should not use County Commissioners, CSs etc to campaign for him.

I think the charges of Abuse of Office already factors in the security arrangements and the other reasonable accommodations given to a seating president.

what is he wearing? What is the purpose of the meeting?
Even Moi and Kibaki respected state resources during elections. He's opening himself to legal challenges based on unfair advantage leading an unfair election. However we're confident of beating him and will just charge him preferably a private prosecution

I don't disagree with the spirit of this rule. I am just pointing out that there have to be reasonable accommodations - to borrow Kichwa-mmeza mate's phrase.

Those should exclude the use of state resources. However I have been if the view that an office of the Inspector general of government should exist. This could calculate the cost of the use of such facilities and send a demand note to the candidates or campaigns.
The use of state house etc for campaigns such as launching campaign cars is a direct abuse that serves to minimize and denigrate the office of president.
Am not just targeting Uhuru and test me when Raila becomes president and he does anything similar.
Moi simply bought three choppers and anything else that he needed replacing. He avoided using state house and took party meetings to KICC. He showed a limited by all important respect for the law.
Uhuru and Ruto have the mta do? attitude. The country has realized and it's working against them. I don't agree with NASA leadership to encourage the deployment of Eugene etc just to reinforce the arrogance theme. It amounts to complicity in crime.
