A Kibe like lawyer could go there to act at the behest of Jubilee.

I am glad IEBC has made the right decision not to appeal.  This was a good decision and it has really renewed the standing of the judiciary. It has also re-energized NASA zones and we are hoping for unprecedented turn-out.  We now await the hearing and the ruling on the Al Gharair ballot printing case.  Even with the printing already in progress, NASA can still win with a very creative remedy.

They'd lack the locus standi. This was IEBC regulation matter. I'd go there anyway because it the right thing to do and SCOK will not come later and blame anybody.

Its hard to tell how the court is going to rule on this one until both sides present their case.  Either way, Kenyans will come out more educated than otherwise.  The outcome will be important but how the judiciary handles this matter will be equally if not more important. The military, the police and the other forces now being trained cannot stop PEV, however,  a credible IEBC and judiciary are the real firewall for PEV.

Kiunjuri speaking for Jubilee says they will appeal.

Looks like you need that Rigging Centre so much.

I give the NASA intelligence 98%. They said Kiunjuri is among those pushing for appeal and I didn't register it.

The fact that IEBC is not appealing the ruling will make their appeal frivolous.

Kiunjuri should go back to school. He says "we will appeal" as if he a CS should be involved in a political party. He is lucky IEBC is a toothless lion. The Kenyan law bars CSs from taking part in politics.
