The way it is, they are all thieves. Anybody who appears to question their thievery is an enemy. Independent offices can either tow the line or be dismantled. This is what happens when a regime has been in power for 15 years. This one got there in year one.

Very unprincipled character this one is..I noticed he is now referring to himself as tribeless after luhyas smoked him out that he is not one of their own. Thanks to Baghdad Bob for outing this guy's tribe....but why did he want CBK governor gone?
