Ruto failed Kenyans. All ministries that went to Ruto wing other than Energy with the last mile connection nothing to write home about. Agriculture chaos, fake fertilizer, national grain reserves looted, Kenyan starving. Finance, Eurobond money missing, 65% of the budget looted. Energy den of corruption.
