In the very unlikely event Uhuru wins, he will take the caps off so his banks can recover "lost" bloody profits

The credit growth rate grew marginally to 1.33% from 17% and 10yr average of 19%. BTW credit growth started slowing before interest rate capping after the new governor forced banks to report non performing loans. The banks have to start lending the growth will sputter. There needs to be a new business model for banks especially around junk bonds to lend o SMEs.
Omollo, CBA is doing very well thanks to M-shwari which is not capped.

M-shwari is capped - all mobile loans.

HK could you tell me about Sri Lanka. I understand it has a Debt:GDP ratio at 80. I understand though it is lower than the wartime ratio, Sri Lanka aint doing so well. The Chinese loaned them freely and they invested in infrastructure that ain't productive. I hear they have a port which gets one ship every two weeks and the highway from there - which was meant to cater for 3000 trucks is used to dry rice.
Then please comment on this story of Chinese ticket officers on SGR. Do we need a chinese man or woman to issue tickets for passengers with all the problems of spelling the names wrong (complicating claims from insurances etc)????
When do we expect to have paid the Chinese and taken ownership of the railway?
