How come the govt dis\dictates prices?
Clearly there is serious lack of policy here.

Remember his father also advocated for "African socialism". Only he meant socilaism for the normal Kenyan and capitalism for himself and his extended family.

This is the question I posed to Pundit and HK - the leading Jubilee apologists here.
They swore that Kenya adheres to market economics and HK stated that anything short would see people he characterized as "Kikuyus" not voting for NASA.
All that was when Raila stated that he would intervene to lower house rents and the living expenses costs.I mentioned the price controls on fuel and was told off.
Shortly after, the 90 shilling maize pack arrived and you could have heard a pin drop at the bottom of the Pacific Ocean!
The same people who oppose any kind of controls will find language to defend price controls on maize.
