Needless to say so what?  What is surprising is that, it took a very expensive PAC over a year, to find out what everybody on the street already knows.

She now becomes prohibitive favorite to win in Kirinyaga.  The people of Kirinyaga can now vicariously partake of more than just atmospheric oxygen.  It is not an impressive way to be, and it is also true.
