This happens to religions that forbid men from marrying. If they was ordaining women too, then maybe our sons wouldn't be as gay

They do it openly and shamelessly. The families involved largely "cooperate" with them.
Once in a country I will not name, one was reported to me. Naive and overzealous, I took it up. I went to the police: The Mzungu had already been there and bribed everybody to total blindness and absolute deafness! All the police boss could tell me is we have not received any report. I said I am reporting it. He answered knowingly: "You are not the aggrieved party. We need the victim to examine her and find evidence".
I rushed back to the family, missing the Mzungu by a whisker. Everybody, even neighbors appeared very happy. Needless to say he had bribed everybody. The family told me they did not wish to "spoil" the name of their 13 year old daughter. That was it.
Later, I learned that he was known for his generous "fines" and had been caught many times in villages all over and then barazas convened where he would be fined large sums (in local currency) but peanuts for him.
I could not fire him without evidence but could not let him continue. So I pulled rank and influence and had him shipped to a strict Islamic country. I am told he is serving a long sentence for attempted rape of a kid. The sad part of this is the amount of support he got from local African employees. I came face to face with inferiority complex.

Probably true....I have come to realize that very few bazungus are there just because they love Africa or are called to do something. Most pedophiles go to third world countries because there, they get away with things that will have them behind bar for life. I am still dumb founded about the 19 year young man from the US who was allowed to sleep in the dorm with4-9 year old girls just to abuse them. Who in thier right mind would allow such an arrangement to occur? In Africa where money buys you anything you want and poverty makes even parents turn a blind eye to their childrens plight.
