This man killed a security guard and is getting away.

Passed at that barrier the morning after the incident and it was being restored - no police in sight.
For the poor families, the issue of 'justice' is complex. You have a choice to accept the guy pay you off some hundred thousands and keep off trial, destroy evidence or struggle to pay your fare from Kakamega to Nairobi courts where lawyers, judges will gladly take the monies without blinking and kill of the case.

The judge also said there was no evidence tabled by the prosecution to show that Kibe was driving the vehicle at the time of the accident.
It's almost as if the judge is acting as the defence counsel for the accused. Even making up excuses that are contradicted by the accused himself.
He added that the accident occurred at about 1am as he tried to evade the barrier that had been lifted but "coincidentally dropped" when his car approached.

Even the county got a cut to declare the barrier - complex criminal justice conspiracies.

Theres no justice in Kenya for the common man. The system is rigged..
