Reasons:
He cannot get support where majority of voters are that is Rift Valley and Central. So his vote hunts is limited to small communities that have less that 250K votes each. Luo's votes are bout 900K and that is being generous, kamba votes are about 800K, Luhyia and others about 1.5M

Peter Kenneth can be a president if no other Kikuyu runs and he gets kiuyu votes ..Look at the tryanny of kikuyu and kalenjins the numbers are just overwhelming
